Toby took part in his Christmas production (Babushka) this morning which was eagerly awaited by all the mums and dads from lower foundation – I’ve never seen so many parents on the edge of their seats. Toby was, of course, the star (excuse the pun) – he was dressed in black with silvers stars all over his clothes. As for the title of this blog, that is what he had to sing (never heard it before and I’m sure we will never hear it again) but he was absolutely fabulous. This was followed by a visit to Pizza Hut for a star’s lunch – oh how he enjoyed being spoilt. A big thank you to Auntie Nic for stepping in to mind Alex – we really appreciate your help.

Toby also went to new BBBS with a school friend today (Stevie). Apparently Stevie ran rings around Toby - he apparently had no fear whatsoever and we think he may have been bitten by a spider when he was younger!

Today was a practice run for being a three people family again for when we go to Centre Parcs the week after next. Alex is being looked after by her grandparents which a brief visit to see us mid-week. Grandma and Grandad can’t wait to have Alex all to themselves so that she can be spoilt rotten. I think Toby will enjoy being spoilt as well (being the only child for a week) and spending a whole week in the swimming pool. I think we may all become water logged.
