All the fun of the parc

What a wonderful week we had at Centre Parcs. We arrived in the cold on Monday lunchtime to have coffee and croissants (oh its such a hard life) followed by a leisurely dip in the pool. When it would have been leisurely if Toby hadn’t been there saying ‘can we go yet, can we go yet’? To say that Toby was excited was an under statement. We then seemed to spend every waking moment either in the pool or eating – as I said earlier ‘such a hard life’. Alexandra, Grandma and Grandad joined us on Wednesday to partake in yet more swimming. Alex didn’t go in the pool but bathed by the side with all the cool kids! Grandma, Grandad and Alexandra left on Thursday after some bowling and yet more food, for the three of us to have some enjoyable leisure time in the swimming pool – yet again. The snow also arrived on Thursday just as Alexandra was leaving which was quite magical. To say we were all knackered is an under statement. I think we all need a holiday – oh yes – it’s Christmas so we are all on holiday.

Still haven’t managed to get the tree up – it is at present in the porch outside waiting for a certain someone to put it in the stand !!! I have managed to get some lights up today so it does look a tinsy winsy bit like Christmas. Can’t believe he’s coming on Friday – hope everyone has been good.

Happy Birthday Martin – have a good one.
